WTK: I wear a spoon helmet with the handle facing backward, so it depends. When reading to children, sometimes (and always with teens - they don't know what to think). When reading at home or coffee shop - for example, on a couch or chair - typically not. When riding a bike - always.
WTK: I have met hundreds, if not thousands of amazing students. Jasmine and Blaze certainly rise to the top of the list.

5:09 a.m. 9 push-ups, 85 jumping jacks, speed walk 1 km, wrestle dogs.
5:35 a.m. Professional wrestling training (just in case)
6:28 a.m. Snorkel with Regal (philosophical discussions, unless there is a hurricane).
8:09 a.m. Eat spicy honey kale chips.
8:19 a.m. Write.
10:58 a.m. Snorkel with Regal (underwater giggles and games).
